Shipping Terms and Conditions:
1. Order Tracking: For orders shipped via Australia Post, you will receive tracking information. Please note that there may be a delay of approximately 3-4 hours before tracking information becomes available. For example, if you receive the tracking number at 4 pm, tracking details may not be accessible until around 8 pm.
2. Signature Requirement:Unless explicitly specified during the checkout process, all orders will require a signature upon delivery. You have the option to provide authority to leave the package at the time of order placement. Please be aware that Royal Drop assumes no responsibility if you grant this authority with your order.
3. Missed Deliveries:If you are not present at your designated address when the courier attempts delivery (and you have not authorized a package release), the parcel will be returned to your local post office (for Australia Post orders). A notification card will be left to inform you of the attempted delivery.
4. Alternative Delivery Address: To ensure successful delivery, we recommend providing a work address, including the business name, if you anticipate not being at home during the day.
5. Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible. We process orders daily. While we do not impose a cancellation fee, if a cancellation request is made after your order has been dispatched, a refund will be issued, minus the shipping charge.
6. Delayed Parcel: In the rare event that your parcel experiences a delay caused by the logistics carrier, we regretfully cannot refund the purchase until the parcel has either been returned to sender (RTS) or officially confirmed as lost by the logistics carrier.
7. Multiple Delivery Attempts: If we make multiple unsuccessful attempts to deliver your goods, resulting in the package's return to us, additional re-shipping charges will apply. We strongly advise double-checking your address details at the time of order placement, as returns due to incomplete or incorrect information will incur additional charges.
